Tom handles complex licensing matters involving retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers. Tom regularly represents strategic and private equity investors in public and private acquisitions and investments, divestitures, joint ventures and other transactions involving alcohol regulatory compliance.

Tom co-designed the firm’s proprietary renewal software Evergreen.

Prior to joining the firm, Tom worked as a wine sales associate for the largest independent alcohol retailer in the US.
