We're excited to introduce Erin Mosley, our newest Partner and a key part of KrugerHenry's growing presence in North Carolina.
Erin’s career began at Maynard Nexsen as a courier while finishing her degree at UNC Greensboro. After graduation, she returned to the firm as a legal assistant, working her way up from paralegal to attorney, and ultimately equity shareholder.
During her tenure at the firm, she focused on real estate and alcohol licensing through the recommendation of her colleague Dave Cannon. This focus eventually brought her into the Alliance of Alcohol Industry Attorneys & Consultants, where she first connected with Kaitlynd Kruger and Tom Henry. Years of collaboration through the Alliance laid the groundwork for what is now a formal partnership.
What Erin Brings to KrugerHenry
Erin's arrival is a meaningful part of KrugerHenry's expansion into North Carolina, which the Pittsburgh Business Journal covered earlier this year as the firm opened new offices in Raleigh and Greensboro. The expertise Erin previously provided as local counsel will now be the firm's primary in-house resource for all things North Carolina licensing — new applications, officer changes, renewals, and transactions involving the sale or transfer of licensed businesses.
Her background in commercial real estate and lending adds another dimension to that work, particularly for clients navigating deals where licensing and property or business acquisitions intersect.
We believe this know-how is what really sets her apart. It allows her to bring an analytical lens to each project, ensuring the client’s best interests and goals drive the project’s direction. "The law is a parameter — a guideline," says Erin. "You have to think about your client's business and work within it." It's an approach that fits naturally at KrugerHenry, where solving complex, multi-state licensing challenges is the everyday work.
